Our Christmas baking starts off with Gingerbread “people”.
Yes, you will love these cute little gingerbread cookies made with our Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We prefer them soft and chewy and only bake them until they are just set (approx. 8 minutes) around the edges. The dough is easy to manipulate ( if it is too soft, just refrigerate it). You can also decorate them but we think they are nice as it is.
