EVOO Gingerbread

While Gingerbread isn’t a tradition in our household, we couldn’t help passing on our favourite EVOO Gingerbread recipe for this year’s festivities.

This recipe makes a light and boldly spiced Gingerbread. The aroma from your kitchen while baking this will put you in a festive mood. You might even catch yourself humming “it’s beginning to “smell” a lot like  Christmas”…. as the cake bakes in the oven. Happy baking!
