– 1 bunch of curly kale (washed and thoroughly dried )
– Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Fine sea salt
– Optional: Smoked Paprika
Preheat the oven to 180°C (150°C fan forced).
Removed the stems (veins) and tear leaves into 4-5cm pieces.
Mix leaves with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Lay the kale in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes (until crisp).
