Picholine

Picholine is originally from Southern France where the fruit is used for table olives as well as oil. It is vibrant green in colour with aromas of fresh herbs- fennel and chervil. Its flavours are robust and spicy, with aniseed and chilli, and a bitter finish.

USE

Drizzle to cooked broccoli or spinach, add a splash to a salad Nicoise. Finish a sweet potato mash orspicy  pumpkin soup
