If you need a Yellow cake covered with chocolate “frosting” WITHOUT butter, yet taste moist and light. We have you covered. This cake is inspired by Stella Parks (BraveTart) , Martha Stewart (Baking Handbook) and America’s Test Kitchen (the Perfect Cake).
We used dark chocolate granache for frosting (less sugar and no butter).
