Hummus Tomato Salad


A can of Chickpea, EVOO, Lemon Juice, a clove of Garlic and Tahini (Sesame Seed Butter) are all you need plus a blender to make Hummus at home.

Hummus is great as a dip or used as salad dressing (just water down with Aquafaba – the viscous water that Chickpeas have been cooked in, aka water in the can of Chickpea, to the consistency required for salad dressing).

If served as a dip, sprinkle Sumac or Red Chilli flakes over the Hummus and a drizzle of EVOO. Serve with Pita Bread.
