Summer vine ripe tomatoes are full of flavours. We put together a cheerful salad made up of a medley of Cherry tomatoes, homemade garlic croutons, slivered red onions and herbs (basil and mint). Drizzled simply with lemon dressing and our Picual EVOO. A simple meal for one or as a side to be shared.
