Friday Baking Inspiration: Blueberry EVOO Banana Bread


Berry delicious and Berry okay, with the end of  lockdown in sight. These are some blues that make you feel good! Our Blueberry Banana Bread is made with our Picual EVOO, which has the highest Polyphenol count compared to our other varietal oils this year.

The bread is moist and full antioxidants.

Once you’ve tried it, eating just plain old banana bread will not do. Just like lockdown done well, you don’t want to revisit.
