Friday Baking Inspiration: Banana Honey EVOO Cinnamon Crunch Cupcakes


What happens when you slow bake a banana honey EVOO cake and let the raw sugar topping caramelised? The result is an incredibly moist and irresistible cake.

We baked these cupcakes with our Leccino EVOO (instead of butter), a healthy fat option.  A pinch of sea salt flakes in the cake and raw sugar topping made this an addictive afternoon tea treat.
