Sharing a meal with family and friends need not mean slaving over a stove for hours on end.

Recently, we had family members flying in and out of Melbourne for a lightening visit. We shared this quick salad as a one bowl meal before they returned home. It is quick to prepare, light and nourishing. Vegetables and protein is prepared in advance and dressing poured when ready to serve.
